Not what you expected? Unused items in original, unopened packaging can come back within 14 days of delivery — just contact us first for a return authorization. Return shipping is on you, unless we sent the wrong item — then it’s 100% on us, shipping included. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, used glass and opened papers, wraps, or cones can’t be returned.

We collect what we need to fulfill your order — nothing more. Your info is never sold. Payments are processed by Shopify’s secure checkout; we never see or store your full card number. Want your data deleted? Email us and it’s done.
