Age requirement. You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or purchase from it. Age is verified before checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be age-verified and to refuse service where age is in doubt.

Legal use. All products are sold for legal use only, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Products are not intended for use with any illegal substance. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Orders and pricing. All prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, address problems, or age-verification failure; cancelled orders are refunded in full. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before shipment.

Product information. We work to keep descriptions and images accurate, but minor variations (especially in handmade glass) can occur and are not defects.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIGHBOIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
