Return Policy
We accept returns of unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us first for a return authorization — returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped you the wrong item, we cover return shipping and send the correct item at no cost to you.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: used glass or devices, and opened rolling papers, wraps, or cones. These exclusions do not apply if we sent the wrong item.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
