RAW makes some of the best pre-rolled cones in the world, and the Classic 1¼ 20-pack is the workhorse bulk buy for daily cone smokers. Twenty cones at $4.49 means you're paying about 22 cents per cone — the right quantity for a week of regular use without hoarding. Classic means unbleached natural brown hemp paper, the core RAW formula made in Alcoy, Spain. The 1¼ size is the everyday compact format — shorter than king, right for solo sessions. For the Black (double-pressed thin) version of the same size and quantity, see the RAW Black 1¼ 20-pack listed separately.
