RAW makes some of the best cones in the world, and the Scoop Pack is a packaging variant of the Black 1¼ 6-pack — the scoop format comes in a stiff cardboard box with a scooping tray built in, making it easier to load the cone straight from the box without touching the cone. If you've been using the standard 6-pack but find cone-loading fiddly, the Scoop Pack format solves that problem. At $3.49 it's $1 more than the standard 6-pack ($2.49), and the price difference is the packaging convenience. Same 6 cones, same Black paper.
