Charge it fully before the first session and fill the glass with water just above the perc. Load a small dab into the chamber with the tool while the device is cold, put the cap on, and press the button to start a heat cycle. Inhale slowly once it's ready, then clean the chamber with a cotton swab while it's still warm so residue doesn't build up.
