RAW makes some of the best cones in the world, and the Black 1¼ in a 20-pack is the bulk format for rollers who've already decided they prefer the double-pressed thin paper over the Classic. The Black paper is more delicate than Classic but burns slower and with less paper taste — in cone form, that difference is less about rolling skill and more about the burn experience. Twenty cones at $5.99 puts the per-cone cost well below the small packs. This is the 1¼ format; for the Black King Size 20-pack, see the listing separately. If you're new to RAW Black, start with the 6-pack to test before committing to 20.
