Fill the paper's crease with ground flower, then roll it between your thumbs and fingers to shape it. Tuck the edge without the gum under, roll up, and lick the gum line to seal. Add a tip at one end for a better pull. If you're new to rolling, a rolling machine or a bamboo mat makes it easier.
