Pairs well with
The RAW Classic 98 Special sits between a 1 1/4 and a King Size, so you get a longer smoke than a 1 1/4 without filling a full king. Each cone uses unbleached RAW Classic paper with natural gum and a pre-rolled tip.

How to Fill RAW Classic 98 Special Cones
Grind your flower medium-fine, then fill the cone a little at a time, tapping the tip on the table and packing gently with a poker as you go. Leave a few millimeters at the top and twist the paper closed. A cone loader speeds this up, and our guide to filling pre-rolled cones walks through every step.
Why Choose RAW Classic 98 Special Cones?
The 98 Special is a favorite for people who find a 1 1/4 too short. Start with a Quarter Box to try the size, then move to the bulk boxes to bring the price per cone down.
