Rolling papers from the brands people reorder: RAW, OCB, Elements, Zig-Zag, Bob Marley, Big Bambu, Blazy Susan, High Hemp and Juicy Jay's. Every paper is sold by the box: a Quarter, Half or Full Box, with the best price per booklet on the Full Box.
Choose by paper
- Hemp (RAW Classic, RAW Organic, OCB Organic Hemp, High Hemp, Big Bambu Pure Hemp): a little textured, easy to roll, stays lit. The best place to start.
- Ultra thin (RAW Black, Zig-Zag Ultra Thin, OCB X-Pert, OCB Premium): less paper, slower burn, less paper taste.
- Rice (Elements): the thinnest and slowest-burning, with almost no taste. Takes a little practice.
- Bamboo (OCB Bamboo): thin, smooth and even-burning, made from bamboo instead of wood pulp.
- Flavored (Juicy Jay's): for when you want the paper to add something.
Not sure which is for you? Our guide to lighting a joint compares ultra thin, rice, hemp and organic papers side by side.
Choose by size
- Single wide (70mm): small, thin rolls.
- 1¼ (about 78mm): the everyday size and the most popular.
- 1½ and double wide: wider papers for a fuller roll.
- King size slim (about 110mm): longer rolls for sharing.
- Rolls and big booklets (RAW 300s, 500s, King Size Rolls, Mega Roll): cut to any length, or the lowest price per paper for daily rollers.
Roll it right
Add filter tips for a steady draw, a rolling machine if you want the same roll every time, and a rolling tray to keep it all in one place. Prefer not to roll at all? Try pre-rolled cones.
Questions
What size rolling papers should I buy?
1¼ is the standard size for most people. Go king size slim for bigger rolls you share, or single wide for small ones.
What are the best rolling papers for beginners?
Hemp papers like RAW Classic. The texture grips your fingers and they're forgiving if your roll isn't perfect.
Which rolling papers burn the slowest?
Rice papers like Elements, then ultra-thin papers like RAW Black or Zig-Zag Ultra Thin.
How many papers are in a booklet?
It depends on the brand and size: most 1¼ booklets hold about 50 papers and most king size slim booklets about 32. Each product page lists its count.
